The Process

We are proud to be utilizing the cold pressed method of juicing. We juice with a large commercial Juiced Rite juicer and a Norwalk juicer as well. The Norwalk juicer was developed by a nutrition pioneer by the name of Norman Walker, a genius in the field of eating from the earth, simply. We use and love both juicers frequently in our kitchen. These stainless steel beauties bring Chico and the surrounding area a consistent array of healthful, colorful, vibrant, nutrient-rich, potently nutritious, life-enhancing JUICES….. the cold-pressed way!

Through a slow and careful process of hydraulically extracting fruit, vegetable, roots and herb juices, you not only get the highest quality plant-based nutrition, but you also get the freshest tasting juices as well! We have never tasted a more refreshing and vital juice as one that is cold-pressed. If you have tried our juices, then you already know!


This process of cold-pressed juicing uses just enough hydraulic pressure to extract the juice while preserving the vitamins, enzymes, trace minerals and overall nutrients by up to 5 times the amount of other juicers.


Because cold pressed juice is so precise with it’s method of extraction, there is very minimal heat and air, so almost no oxidation occurs. What this means is that you get to enjoy this vividly colorful, and amazingly fresh tasting juice for 3-4 days after juicing.
