We start with our mex inspired quinoa with loads of flavorful spices and tangy fresh lime juice and fresh cilantro. We add our chipotle baked tofu and our black bean vegetable mixture with fresh corn, onion and bell peppers and top it all with fresh jalapenos and our cilantro crema....there is so much flavor, your taste buds will be tantalized to the last bite. 

This protein and fiber packed salad is made using organic garbanzo beans, vegan mayo, pickles, celery, onion, fresh herbs & spices ... and it will definitely fill you up and have you coming back for more!
